Aircheck DFW is a site dedicated to helping North Texas and Dallas Fort Worth motorists take part in the Aircheck Texas vehicle replacement program.

Currently, the state of Texas is offering rebates of up to $3,500 to assist qualified drivers with the purchase of a new vehicle while taking steps to better the air quality here in the lone star state.

AirCheck DFW is sponsored by the Airport Auto Group in Irving Texas and is a qualified Aircheck Texas auto dealer.

We hope to provide visitors and interested car shoppers with the information they need to see if they qualify for this unique program, and then assist in the purchase of a new vehicle while funds are available.

Qualifying North Texas Counties Include: Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, and Tarrant counties.

Vehicle must meet these basic conditions:

  • Vehicle must be old or older and gasoline powered
  • Registered in a participating county area for a minimum of 12 months preceeding application
  • Passed a DPS motor-vehicle safety inspection or safety and emissions inspection within 15 months of application

OR

  • Failed an emmissions test
  • Registered in a participating county area for a a minimum of 12 months preceeding application

If you meet the above requirements, vehicle replacement assistance may be provided:

  • $3,000 for a car, current model year or up to three model years old (2008, 2007, 2006, 2005)
  • $3,000 for a truck, current model year or up to two model years old (2008, 2007, 2006)
  • $3,500 for a hybrid vehicle, current or previous year model (2008, 2007)
